King residence Kozia Gramada

The king residence is located near the bulgarian village Starosel, not far from town Hisarya. It is the most impressive thracian tomb with a surface of more than 8 dka. This site has traces of 4 buildings, a two level king residence, streets, a massive wall and a chapel. All materials which have been used there show luxury and signs of commercial activity in 5th century B.C. in Bulgaria at that time. Researches have shown many ceramic objects, weapons and a double axe, a proof that this place has been grave of a king on the bulgarian land nowadays.
